Ltd., Mr. Aru leads a diversified, multi-sector innovation and growth enterprise focused on building future-ready solutions across Internet Connectivity, Telecom Consulting, the Wellness Industry, and Digital Growth through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Social Media transformation. Under his stewardship, Coral has emerged as a trusted strategic partner to enterprises, government institutions, and community-driven initiatives across India.

Mr. Kiran D. Pagare, B.E. (Civil Engineering), is an accomplished industry professional with over 20 years of extensive experience across civil infrastructure development, telecommunications, and large-scale project management.

As Vice President of Coral Transformation Services Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pagare is responsible for heading and integrating all operational divisions of the organization. He plays a critical leadership role in translating strategic vision into execution excellence, ensuring operational scalability, delivery governance, and cross-functional alignment across Coral’s diversified business portfolio.

Prior to joining Coral, Mr. Pagare held key roles with Reliance Jio, where he was actively involved in gas pipeline infrastructure projects as well as telecom network deployment and project management initiatives. His experience in managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects has equipped him with strong expertise in planning, execution, compliance, vendor management, and risk mitigation within highly regulated environments.

Mr. Anand Pawar is the Project Head at Starke Fitness Club, bringing over 10 years of valuable experience in the fitness industry. He began his career as a Fitness Coach, working directly with clients and helping them achieve their health and transformation goals through structured training and consistent motivation. Through dedication, discipline, and strong leadership qualities, he steadily progressed from Fitness Coach to Fitness Head, gaining extensive operational and team management experience along the way.

Throughout his professional journey, Anand has worked across multiple locations including Pune, Panvel, and Kalyan, which has helped him develop adaptability and a deep understanding of diverse member needs. Known for his happy, calm, and disciplined personality, he believes that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about mental focus, consistency, and a positive lifestyle.

Now serving as Project Head at Starke Fitness Club, Anand is committed to maintaining high training standards, building strong fitness teams, and creating a results-driven environment where members receive professional guidance and an exceptional fitness experience.

With a strong operational mindset and a customer-first approach, Yash plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across both organizations.

Throughout his career, Yash has developed solid expertise in managing customer relationships, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting teams with efficient coordination. He has extensive experience working with CRM software systems, ensuring accurate data management, follow-ups, reporting, and seamless communication between departments.

At Coral Autoz Spa, Yash possesses in-depth knowledge of detailing service operations, appointment management, workflow coordination, and customer service standards. Simultaneously, at Starke Fitness Club, he efficiently manages fitness back-office operations, membership processes, and system support to maintain operational excellence.
